Nog nooit het ek vir lang periodes in die wagkamer gesit nie wat weer deeglike beplanning van afsprake beteken (komplimente aan die ontvangsdames). Indien daar 'n krisis opgeduik het, is ek betyds ingelig en weer in 'n ander tydsgleuf geakkommodeer.

Ek het al in 'n paar gevalle 'n noodafspraak gemaak en ek is altyd spoedig gehelp.

Julle Tandartse, en ek het al in al drie se stoele gesit, se ontspanne en rustige benadering, kan enige bang en gespanne pasiënt (en ek is nie een van hulle nie), kalmeer en op sy gemak laat voel.
